Board exam season: tips for students and parents

As board examinations approach, we want every student to feel prepared and supported.
Our recommendations: maintain a realistic revision timetable, prioritise sleep and nutrition, use past papers under timed conditions, and ask teachers for help early — not the night before.
Parents can support by providing a quiet study space, limiting distractions, and encouraging balance rather than pressure. Counsellors are available for stress-management sessions by appointment.
