Find quick answers to the questions families ask us most — about admissions, fees, transport, the school day, and more. If you cannot find what you are looking for, our office team is always happy to help.

Admissions

When does the admissions window open?
Applications for the next academic year typically open in November. You can apply online during the window and track your application status at any time through the admissions portal.
Which grades are open for admission?
We accept applications from Nursery through Grade 12, subject to seat availability in each grade. Priority may be given to siblings of current students, as per school policy.
What documents are required to apply?
Typically a birth certificate or age proof, the previous two years’ report cards (if applicable), a transfer certificate for students changing schools, passport-size photographs, and address proof.
Is there an entrance test or interaction?
Depending on the grade, shortlisted applicants may be invited for an age-appropriate interaction or assessment. Details are shared after your application is reviewed.

Fees & scholarships

How is the fee structure communicated?
Fee structures are published each year and shared during the admission process. Payment schedules and methods are explained at enrolment and available from the accounts office.
Are scholarships available?
Limited merit- and need-based scholarships may be offered each year. Please contact the admissions office for current criteria, eligibility, and deadlines.
Can fees be paid online?
Yes. Families can pay securely online through the parent portal and download receipts instantly.

School day & transport

What are the school timings?
The school day generally runs from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with timings varying slightly by grade. Exact schedules are shared at the start of each year.
Do you provide transport?
Yes. We operate safe, GPS-tracked buses with trained attendants across major routes in the city. Route details and registration are arranged during enrolment.
Is lunch provided, or should students bring their own?
Students may bring a packed lunch, and nutritious meal options are available on campus. We encourage healthy eating and provide filtered drinking water throughout the school.

Academics & support

What is the student–teacher ratio?
We keep class sizes small — around 25 students per class — so every child receives individual attention and support.
How are parents kept informed of progress?
Through regular report cards, parent–teacher meetings, and the parent portal, where you can follow attendance, assessments, and announcements.
Is learning support available for students who need it?
Yes. We offer remedial and enrichment sessions, along with counselling and learning support for academic and social-emotional wellbeing.
