Information

Policies

Guidelines and documents for students, parents, and staff.

We are committed to a safe, fair, and supportive environment for every member of our school community. Our policies set clear expectations for students, parents, and staff, and reflect our values of respect, integrity, and care. The summaries below explain our approach — full documents are available from the school office on request.

ADMISSIONS POLICY

Admissions are conducted transparently and without discrimination, subject to seat availability in each grade. Priority guidelines (such as siblings of current students) are applied consistently and communicated during the process.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We expect students to act with honesty, kindness, and responsibility — toward themselves, their peers, their teachers, and the school environment. Clear, age-appropriate expectations apply to behaviour, uniform, attendance, and the use of devices.

CHILD SAFEGUARDING & PROTECTION

The safety and wellbeing of our students is our highest priority. All staff are trained in safeguarding, our campus is monitored, and we maintain clear procedures for reporting and responding to any concern. We work in partnership with families to keep every child safe.

ANTI-BULLYING POLICY

Bullying of any kind — physical, verbal, or online — is not tolerated. We promote a culture of empathy and respect, take every report seriously, and respond promptly with support for those affected and clear consequences where needed.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Regular attendance is essential to learning. Families are asked to inform the school of absences and to plan leave around the academic calendar wherever possible. We monitor attendance and support students who need help getting back on track.

ASSESSMENT & PROMOTION

Assessment is continuous and balanced, combining classwork, projects, and examinations. Promotion criteria are shared with families at the start of the year, and we provide remedial support to help every student succeed.

FEES POLICY

Fee structures are published annually and communicated clearly. Payment schedules, methods, and policies on late payment or refunds are shared at enrolment and available from the accounts office.

HEALTH & MEDICAL

We maintain a first-aid facility and clear protocols for illness and emergencies. Parents are asked to keep medical and emergency contact information up to date.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We collect only the information needed to support each child's education and administration, store it securely, and never share it without consent except as required by law.

GRIEVANCE & FEEDBACK

We welcome questions and concerns. Families can reach the relevant department or the school office, and we aim to respond promptly, fairly, and confidentially.
