Offer and accept

  1. From shortlist, issue offer at /admissions/offers - PDF and OFFER_SENT status; seat capacity is checked first.
  2. Track accept/decline - staff action or applicant confirmation via /admissions/track.
  3. Accept → offer ACCEPTED, application OFFER_ACCEPTED; decline → offer rejected and application updated.
  4. Confirm required documents are verified on the application before enrolling.

  1. Open /admissions/enrollments for an accepted offer - creates student user, class membership, and sets application ENROLLED.
  2. Student email is the application studentEmail when present; otherwise {registration}@students.local - parent email is not used on the student account.
  3. After roster create: provisionParentAfterEnrollment creates Parent record + Parent portal user and sends a welcome magic-link email.
  4. Then fee instances are provisioned for the cycle academic year; family fee notifications run only when a parent portal user exists (notifyFamily).
  5. Save the returned initial student password when generated - student must change password on first login.
