Students and parents each have dedicated portals. Parents may link to multiple children and switch between them. Both personas can use password sign-in or magic-link email for passwordless access. Parents and drivers can install Schoolyi as a PWA for a home-screen app experience.
Student portal
- Sign in - Student tab at /signin → /student-dashboard
- My class - /my-class - classmates, class teacher, class notices
- My attendance - /my-attendance - daily and term summary
- My grades - /my-grades - formative assessments and report cards when published
- Homework - /assignments - view, submit files, see grades and feedback
- My exams - /my-exams - schedule, hall tickets when published
- Fees - /fees/me - outstanding balance; /fees/pay-online when gateway enabled
- My library - /my-library - browse catalog and request books
- My transport - /my-transport - route, stop, vehicle, and live bus when a trip is active
- Syllabus - /my-syllabus - subject-wise curriculum for the year
Parent portal
- Sign in - Parent tab at /signin → /parent-dashboard (password or magic link)
- Child switcher - select student when multiple children are linked
- Deep links - notifications open the right child via ?childId=… (attendance, grades, fees, transport, syllabus, leave)
