Getting access

School creates your parent account and links it to your child at /parents - new enrollments often create the portal and email a welcome magic link automatically.
Go to /signin → Parent tab.
Sign in with username/password OR use magic link (email, 15-minute link).
Land on /parent-dashboard - use child switcher if you have multiple children.

Notification deep links

In-app and email notifications open the correct child by appending childId (and studentId where needed). Tap the alert instead of hunting for the child switcher.

Transport and boarding alerts

Open /parent/transport for the selected child to see assignment, today’s trip status, and live bus location when the driver is on duty.
Boarding alerts (boarded / not boarded / absence-related) can arrive in-app and by email when the school enables transport_boarding preferences and SMTP is working.
Route or stop changes are made by the transport desk - contact the office if the map or stop looks wrong.
