Platform administrators own the school tenant end to end. They configure the academic spine, manage users and roles, oversee module rollout, and validate production readiness before staff and families use the system daily.

Who qualifies as platform administrator

  • Platform Admin role - full access across all modules and settings
  • Principal and Vice Principal - leadership access to most admin modules
  • Support Staff - IT - user management, settings, and technical configuration
  • Multi-school operators - use /settings/school-selector to switch tenants
