After initial review, applications move through optional test and interview stages. Shortlisted candidates receive offer letters; accepted offers convert to student records at enrollment. Issuing an offer and enrolling both respect class seat capacity.
Offer and accept
- Staff issue offers at /admissions/offers (single or bulk) with offered class/stream and acceptance deadline
- Seat check runs before issue - no offer when grade/stream sections have no remaining capacity
- Application moves to OFFER_SENT; family is notified when email is configured
- Accept sets offer ACCEPTED and application OFFER_ACCEPTED; decline sets offer rejected
- Accept/decline can be done by staff or via the public track portal with guardian verification
- Enrollment requires offer status ACCEPTED and application OFFER_ACCEPTED
Capacity
Physical seats come from class capacity on active sections for the offered grade/stream. Offer issue and enroll both refuse when no seats remain. Set capacity under Classes (and monitor remaining seats on the cycle and admissions dashboard).
