Setup workflow

Review default roles at /roles - Platform Admin, Principal, Teacher, Student, Parent, Vendor, Support Staff variants.
Create platform admin and principal accounts at /users - never share one login.
Import or create school staff at /school-staff, then link each record to a user account.
Import students at /students (CSV) or enroll from admissions - each active student needs a class placement.
Create parent accounts at /parents - link each parent to one or more students before they sign in.
Assign least-privilege roles: finance staff get Support Staff - Finance, not Platform Admin.
Run /settings/email-test before sending credential emails.
